Description

DL CONTI SYNCHROFLEX is a double-sided endless polyurethane timing belt in a trapezoidal profile for high-performance drive components. It is manufactured according to DIN 7721. It represents a high-performance drive component.
The excellent bond between the hard-wearing polyurethane teeth and the constant-length galvanised steel tension members is the basic on which the high power output potential is built. The range of polyurethane compounds available also enables operation at low temperatures, in clean rooms and in the food industry.

Typical Applications

The polyurethane timing belts are used in all areas, from miniature drives, high-precision positioning and sorting mechanisms, small hand machines to high-performance drives in construction and woodworking machinery.
